    BAHAN :
    4 ikat daun singkong diambil pucuknya, bagian yang muda
    5 cabai merah
    5 cabai rawit
    5 siung bawang merah
    3 siung bawang putih
    2 sdm ikan teri asin
    1 ruas kunyit
    Sehelai daun kunyit
    Santan kental dari 1 buah kelapa
    Garam secukupnya
    CARA MEMBUAT GULAI DAUN SINGKONG KHAS PADANG :
    Daun singkong direbus sampai matang, angkat, tiriskan.
    Bumbu-bumbu kecuali daun kunyit, digerus, masukkan ke dalam santan
    bersama ikan teri yang sudah digoreng.Masak sampai bumbu-bumbu masak, baru masukkan rebusan
